You can return items within 14 calendar days from the purchase date for any reason.

Once we've received your return, we´ll refund you within 14 days.  

 

We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returning items.

For digital patterns

As soon as you have finalized the payment for the knitting pattern, a link will be sent to the email given.

For physical products 

After receiving payment for the order of Icelandic wool, the package will be taken within 24 hours to the postal services. Usually the delivery is within 5-10 business days.
